Now i think microsoft, is no right i think so i may not upgrade my PC in

It may depend on what version of XP you have. I know you say XP Pro but is
it full retail or is it OEM. If it's the full retail then you just need to
explain what you do to require re-activation, if it's an OEM version then I
don't think you are permitted to continually switch hardware.

Actual you are. Just as long as you don't change the motherboard or
add or replace a network card.

Why do you continuously upgrade?

I would recommend getting a Linux system, since you like to upgrade a
lot . (except read had)

Hauppauge 500 MCE and NOVA-S Don't work out of box white linux.

I'm sure you appreciate that the vast majority of Windows users do not make
substantial changes to their hardware every 3 months. Therefore, you should
not be surprised if, at some point, Microsoft refuses any further
activations or insists that you purchase a different type of license.
