Some of my web pages align to the left 2/3's part of the
screen space on my monitor. The right 1/3 space is white.
It is as if a setting is on required the web page and its
links to be viewed at 75% instead of 100%. I have the
page at maximum and the tool bars go all the way across,
but some web pages occupy in full only the left 2/3's
part of the screen. I did not notice this problem before
I upgraded to aol 9.0 but the aol techies said that it is
probably an internet explorer setting. a Samsung tech
person (I have a samsung flatscreen 172t) said it was an
aspect ratio issue. A dell tech said that it was a video
card issue. The more everyone explores the issue, the
more complicated this gets. S0S SOS SOS SOS SOS SOS

It is a page design decision, over which you have no control. It happens when
the webpage is designed for a fixed width that is narrower than your viewing
window.
