Some way to priorize programs?

I would like to priorize 2 programs.
Oracle and SAS. those processes start and ends several times depending if
they are needed. my cuestion is if I could put in some way "Hig" priority
both in memory and processor usage for those two.

You can try to use the Start command with the /HIGH switch, tip 364 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com
