some recipients receive my emails but cannot reply

Some of my business clients can receive my emails but when they click on
reply, it will not allow them to do so. And I have been told when they try to
start a new email to send they cannot? Anyone have any ideas?
 
If your business clients can't start a new email, then the problem is
on their end. I suspect there is more to this then you are telling us.
