my pc coming so slow win i open any program and it is
useing 99% of my cpu i have intel cpu 2.6 and intel Mborad
and i install the windows new so what is the problem till
me plz

What does a scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a version not
earlier than 2002 and using updated virus definitions) show? You may
also have too many programs/services starting with Windows. Here are
