Some new windows come up as minimized.

When I click on links or go to other pages, the new page
will be minimized on the desktop.

I can't seem to find a way to fix the problem.

Please help!
 
This does not help as I am unable to drag open the window
at all. The new window opens up as a small pixel on the
desktop. Only way to maximize the window is to right
click on the taskbar window and select maximize.

Still needing help.
