Some names do not appear in my recipients list

People I have sent to and/or replied to are not appearing in my recipients
list. Other users at my job are not having this issue. What settings do I
need to look at to fix this?

That's nice. I know what a global address book is.
The other two terms you are using are unclear. They are not terms used in
Outlook. That's why you need to explain what you mean by them.
