Some fonts are fuzzy

Some web pages display the font in a fuzzy/blurry fashion while other sites
are fine.

This only happens on some sites.

My other PC's are identical and they do not do this.

BTW there is nothing checked in tools/accessibility. In display settings my
fonts are set to normal and in IE's tools/fonts it is set text size medium.

The settings on all machines appears to be identical.
