Some CD R I cannot hear on other devices

I have a few Cd I burnt Myself with my favorite Music, but there are just a
few that I cannot listen to on any other CD player, only on the computer. Why
is that and what do I have to do to fix this???

Some will only be playable on recent cd players. I've had this problem
too.
