Some applications dont run on limited a/c

I'm the computer administrator on my home PC running Win XP. I have an HP
scanner attached to my PC. However the scanning software "HP Director" runs
only when I log in. When other users who log in using the limited A/C, the
scanner software doesnt run?

One of these should help I suppose...

Try re-installing it. A lot of applications have an option to install for
all users.
Simply drag a shortcut to the other user's desktop folder from the admin
account.
Right click the icon and use the run as option to use it as admin.
