Solution - outlook shortcuts dissappear

It worked for me...I originally had more than one .pst file...I deleted
the others and left only one .pst file and wallah...shortcuts are
saved!

Good luck all...
 
please include the original problem with the solution so that others will
know if it's the same problem that affects them.
