i recently purchased a mp3 player and when i try to
install the disk it keeps failing and said i need sp1 or
later and when i go to microsoft and try to download sp1
it fails and says expected programes were not detected
please help i dont have a clue how to fix the problem and
i cant return my mp3 player.ty
