i need to download power point excel word back on my home computer i went to
the microsoft web site but it took more than 24 hours to load if any can help

There are two ways for Office programs to get onto your machine.

1) CD - Go to a brick and mortar type store and buy a copy of Office. Make
sure it is the right version for your needs and that it will work on your
system (read the box).

2) Phone dial-up/cable modem/DSL - Trial versions can be downloaded over the
internet, but the files a kinda huge. If you are using dialup (slowest), it
will take a very long time.

So, if you connect to the internet via a dial-up phone line, the CD option
is probably your best bet.

thank-you for responding to my e-mail i went on-line to microsoft.com still
having problems i save it to my computer still does not work it gets to 100
percent but i lose it after words is there a way i can burn it from a
computer that has high speed. the program wont let the product key.
