Software to Send Mass Email

Can anyone recommend a software package to send out an e-mail blast to a
group of approximately 4500 recipients? The operating software that we are
currently using is Vista and our internet service provider is AT&T. Please
help.

Word/Outlook allows you do a mail merge. If AT&T allows you to send that
many mails at once within your contract; I don't know-> ask them.
