Sending one Mass Email to multiple recipients

I would like to send one mass email to about 200 recipients. How do I send
without showing all of the email addresses? I do not have a distribution
list set up, I would like to pull the email addresses from my contacts.

Thank you!!

First, contact your ISP to find out what limitations they may have on mass
mailing via their servers. Then setup your distribution lists accordingly.

Compose your message and then place the distribution list in the Bcc field.

You may want to use your e-mail address in the To field for each message sent.

Another approach would be to use a mail-merge technique, assuming you also have
Word. If so, see Outlook's help for details.

Open Outlook and loook in Help for "mail merge".
