Windows XP Software to hold MS Patches for application

I have forgotten the name of a software program which did the following.
It would get a list of MS updates required for a PC.
Download them to a DB.
Allow them to be used from other machines on a LAN.

and possibly generate a slipstreamed CD/DVD for creating new installations.

Sorry I can't be more specific than that but help is needed.
It is becoming impossible to maintain the number of virtual and real machines I operate every MS patch Tuesday.

I am investigating both of these and have found things I don't like with both.
