period. How do I remove the program? It does not respond

You mean there isn't an entry for it in Add/Remove Programs? Look in the
program folder for something that looks like uninstall.exe. If nothing
is listed, contact Popup Stopper's tech support for help with their
software.

Roy, did it come with it's own uninstaller. If not you have to delete the
Registry entries. Delete the Folder in Program Files.
then go to Start>run type: regedit. Navigate to
HKey_Local_Machine\Software look for the PSP folder and delete
same here HKey_Current_User\Software if there is one.
Then Start>run type: msconfig select the startup tab and uncheck
and reference to popup stopper.
