Software Problem

I have a program on my computer called MyDVD. When I try to run this program
I get and error message saying, "The application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application. How can I
fix this problem?

You tell us nothing to help - OS?- What computer? - What is My DVD?
When did this first occur? - What have you tried to do to solve this
problem?

Ask Roxio. It's their software.

They have their own support pages and forums.

Have you yet tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? Did you move to
another version of the OS (which you never bothered to mention) and
thought the old version of MyDVD would run on it?
