Software issue

I have a compiler TCLITE installed on xp when i try to use it my mouse speed
slow down dramatically plus the program don't see some of the files I need
like <stdio.h>. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.

Contact the authors of TCLITE to see if they have an XP
compatible version.
