Software for my CyberCaffe with WIndows XP

Hello all
I need to know which software is recommended to install and manage my
CyberCaffe.
The main tasks I need are:
Profile creation each time that a new user stars the session
Costs/Prices management (hours/printers/ etc...)
Software restructions etc...
I tried to find out with Google, there are a lot of posibilities but I need
an advice from you.
