Software Deployment problem

Hi All,

I use a GPO in Active Directory to push software to my
clients. I create MSI-packages using the WinInstall LE
wich is included on the W2K Advanced Server CD-Rom.

When I boot a PC the software is installed before the user
can login, so far so good. But if the user wants to use
the program (ie Encarta or RealOne Player) the program
installs again and again, for a couple of times.
Eventually the program is started and can be used. If I
press cancel, the installation is aborted and the program
is started like it should be.

I also install Office XP to workstations this way, but
this works perfectly!

All my workstations are running Windows XP SP1.

I hope someone can help me, this problem is driving me
crazy... I can't find any info about it...
