Can you be a bit more specifc of what your looking for please? i.e.;

1. Platform to be run on
2. Intranet/Extranet or application based?
... etc etc

Open Office is Ver2 is nearing release.. (hopefully) and will have a
Database)

But you might be able to get away with a spread sheet (again Open Office)

once this is made you will be able to import it to most Databases once ready

Just a thought.

Google for Softcat. It's been around for a while, may be adequate.
