socket error10061

I'm getting a socket error 10061 error # 06800ccc0e when doing a send/receive
in windows mail. It's a new dell laptop with just installed mcaffee suite.
settup ufl.edu imap account but my pop3 comcast account is getting this
message.

Please copy/paste the full error message into your reply here, not just what
you think it might have said.
 
Windows Mail often behaves erratically when interfered with by
some antivirus programs. Windows Mail is not compatible with
most McAfee and Norton security programs. Those will need to
be uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
