Soaked Install problems

I am trying to reinstall Rollercoaster 3 Soaked expansion pak after a hard
drive failer. I uninstalled my games and re-installed again. Soaked
installation will come up already installed. Any one got any ideas on how to
resolve this one. I attempted to uninstall and it said installer was missing.
Help please this is an on going problem I would like to play the game again.
