Tom,

After I saw this post I also saw a new one from him in
microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics,
so I reported him to X-Complaints-To: (e-mail address removed)

I got this back, for whatever it's worth.

Looks like:
Spam report id sent to: (e-mail address removed)
Spam report id sent to: (e-mail address removed)

The spam originated from:
203.101.183.60 as someone else also pointed out. Complaints registered
four times so far, one for each occurrence.
