snipping tool

Have you gone to Control Panel > Programs and Features, clicked the link Turn
Windows features on or off, and made sure that Tablet PC Optional Components
(which includes the Snipping Tool) is checked?

Thank you! Yours is the first response in this thread that really is
of help to anyone for whom the snipping tool was not visible under
"accessories".

I found it in VISTA Business tucked away in what is added for Tablet PC
or Mobile PC -- I forget which and where but it wasn't there until I
specifically added it.

I have it in the Vista Business version.

I had it too but not installed until I went into whatever VISTA calls
Add Windows components and found either Mobile or Tablet PCs.

Not there in Home Premium on my (new) HP laptop -- you must have added
something to get it to show as you specify.

That's it, thank you. Typically MS obscure. They presumably think only Tablet
PC users want screen copies. Thanks again.

You're welcome.

As long as you don't bleed red and white (stanturd -- boo, hiss).
