Is there any documentation that Snapshot is free software?

Our company has strict rules regarding software licensing
and I wanted to have Snapshot loaded on a couple of
computer (employees without Access). I have to have
documentation that the Software is legal.

You can download it for free from Microsoft, which seems pretty telling
to me.

Check out this website:
http://www.microsoft.com/accessdev/articles/snapshot.htm?gssnb=1

It is a how-to guide that says, among other things, that Snapshot comes
bundled with most Office versions and provides links for download. It
might be the most explicit you will find.

Dee,

Something else to consider is using a program called 'pdf995'. This is a shareware program that will 'print' to a pdf document. Find it at www.pdf995.com. When you are ready to print your report in ACCESS, go to 'File' 'Print' and choose the pdfprinter. This will create a pdf file that can then be sent out.

And if you want something even cheaper than the $9.95 that pdf955 charges
for a registered version, look into the completely free CutePDF Writer at
