Snapshot - landscape?

I am exporting an Access report to a Snapshot, but it's making the landscape
format into a portrait snapshot. Which means it's truncating the right side
of the report, putting it onto a second page.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a "feature" of a snapshot?

BTW, I am using Access 2002 and Windows XP and SnapShot Viewer 10.

I have also checked printer settings. Even the printers show they should be
printing in landscape if it was actually printed.

Larry, While in view/design mode in your report, go to
File/Page Setup/Page(Tab) and ensure Orientation option
button for LANDSCAPE is selected. Click OK/Save and try
again.

Also, consider sending your report as a PDF file. You
can get free PDFCreator software at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

The report works fine in Access. It is in Landscape, in both PrintPreview
and it Prints in landscape, in Access.

As soon as it's exported to a Snapshot, it changes to Portrait mode.

Acrobat is not an option.

Hmmm. I am using Access 2002/XP in Windows XP Home and
exporting an Access report to Snapshot Viewer in
Landscape remains as Landscape. It is possible your
version of Access and version of Windows may have some
affect on your effort. Consider checking into the MS
Access Knowledge Base at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-
US;KBHOWTO.
