Every time I tried to open my outlook express, a message pops up.. smtp
server not responding The pop up keeps coming up even if its been closed.
The oulook express doe not open. H E L P

Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
