smtp server name

I am just wondering if anyone could help with getting
outlook to check my msn email I don't know the smtp of
the pop3 server names to put into the set up wizard.

You don't need to. Use a HTTP mail server instead and enter your e-mail
address. The MSN server configuration will pop-up automatically.

You can try smtp.email.msn.com and pop.email.msn.com, but I'm not sure those
will work. MSN Tech support should be able to tell you.

Those are almost OK, but on the Pop account, it needs to be:
pop3.email.msn.com and the server port numbers need to be (these are under
the ADVANCED tab)

pop3=110
smtp=25

However if you are a new user of MSN, you do not have a SMTP/POP account,
you have the web based email system. Not sure of those settings.
