SMTP need fully qualified hostname

Windows Mail don't support adequately to send messages with SMTP, cause my
mail server requires a fully qualified hostname in order to filtering SPAM,
and Windows Mail in Vista don't send FQHN or exists a problem
Could anyone helpme?
Other mail clients, like thunderbird, work perfectly with my actual OS and
Mail Server configuration

WinMail sends the same information Thunderbird does, but only if it was
entered correctly.
