SMS services problem

I am trying to configure a service on one of my SMS clients and I am not sure
how to do this. In the installation process it appears that the Remote
Control Access service didnt install it self and now I am unable to remote
into the boxes that this happened on. Any know what the problem may be?

There is a setting to allow remote access in XP. In System applet in Control
Panel.
On the Remote tab, click Advanced.
Clear the check box labeled Allow this computer to be controlled remotely.
