SMS in OUtlook 2007

I am not able to get the e mail with the link to finalize the set up of the
SMS client in outlook. MSFT says that it is sent but i never receive
anything. Any suggestions?

The error msg when trying to send a SMS says (minus my phone #):

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test
Sent: 3/30/2007 4:08 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'206XXXXXXX' on 3/30/2007 4:08 PM

The service reported the following error or warning: Your account is not
allowed to send text messages through SMS Link. Your e-mail address has not
yet been confirmed. Complete the registration process by following the
instructions on the SMS Link website at http://www.microsoft.com/smslink.

Thanks for the feedback - i have tried to resend the link message several
times and i dont ever get it. It is the only step left in the activation
process. Is there another way to get the finalized setup link or anything?
