Smartpops.com ?? Anyone know why it is crashing my system???

I do not know how it got in my system but...
smartpops.com continues to crash my Internet Explorer and
my Outlook Express!!! When I "send" my error report.. it
always tells me the same thing.. that smartpops is the
cause. Well, I hit the link, and that tells me how to
uninstall it... but if it doesn't show up... ya really
can't uninstall it... UGH! Of course I hit the "contact
us" link and sent them an email as to what their product
is and why it is on my system... NO REPLY. go figure.. if
anyone else has dealt with Smartpops.com please let me
know how to fix this (please) I am going crazy with all
the crashes on my IE and OE.. Thanks

there is a good chance they will.

These are two very good Spyware/Adware removal utilities.

Nancy, I am having the EXACT same problem. So, if anyone
has a solution, please let us know. Also, since this has
happened, I can't get my computer to sleep.
