smart sound

I am using Pinnacle Plus 9.4 and when I try to add music from the built in
music
I get an error message that reads (Smart Sound Data base could not be opened
properly. Quick Tracks cannot continue at this time and will close)
I have not had a problem in the past accessing this music .
Is there a solution I can do to correct this?
Thanks to anyone that can help me out on this . Moe
