Smart Label USB printer keeps reinstalling

I hope am posting this to the right newsgroup.

I have a SEIKO Smart Label USB printer. I installed it
using their install program. Now everytime I boot my
machine, I keep getting found new hardware window. If I
click cancel and get into XP, I can still print my labels.

My question is : what can I do to keep this found new
hardware window from poping up everytime I boot my
computer.
