I have recently uninstalled some of the programs that I've used and were on
frequent programs list in start menu (the one above "All Programs"). Now, of
course they are no longer there, but instead of list's height being reduced,
I have empty white space on it. I've tried looking for programs list in
registry and in C:\Documents and Settings\[username], but couldn't find it.
Also, I've tried right clicking on start menu->properties->start
menu->customize->programs and setting "number of programs on start menu" to
0, clicking on "Clear list" and rebooting, but now instead of IE and Outlook
icons appearing directly above "All Programs" (as I would have expected), I
have even more empty white space there. I know this isn't a critical problem
by any means, but I suppose it could be easily solvable, if I could know
what to do.
Thank you in advance
