Start programs menu deranged

D

Dr Alok Modi MD

I recently loaded the game, Gooka: The Mystery of Janartis, on my windows XP
SP3 laptop, after that when I click on the start button and click on "all
programs" menu, the list that comes up is so broad, that all the programs are
not accommodating, so I am unable to click on certain programs. I clicked on
properties of start menu and switched the scroll option to get my work going,
but I am not happy with this option. Can somebody tell me how to get back the
default size of the program list.
Thanks

Rearranging the Start Menu

Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Then open the Programs folder.
Create new subfolders then rearrange shortcuts or you can rename the entry that's causing
the menu to be so wide and make it shorter.
