small office network

Hi The office I work in currently runs 4 computers networked together on an
internal network. Only one machine has access to the internet. The others are
not.
There are no seperate computers being used as a file server or anything of
that nature.
My problem is that I need to distribute email between the 4 computers
without having them all accessing the internet. All 4 machines are currently
running Windows XP with service pack 2 and Office 2003. Any suggestions would
be helpful
