Small Icons on startmenu

Is there anywhere in the registry you can set "small icons" if you using
"classic startmenu"?

Have you tried the following:

Right click an open area of the Taskbar and select Properties
from the menu.
Click on the Start Menu tab.
Hit the Customize button next to "Classic Start Menu".
In the "Advanced Start Menu Options" box, put a check mark next
to "Show small icons in Start menu".
Click OK twice.
