Not sure why there's a warning, but I guess there are other videos on the site that it applies to.

If you watch to the end of the clip you'll see that when the plane lands it only needs a couple of foot to do so . Thats as good as a helicopter and I bet its a safer ride aswell , hmm and cheaper too I recon .
