Colin

I'm getting some blue screens of death that I think might be memory related?
I ant to try slowing down my Corsair XMS4000 pro (2x512mb) I have tried
using just 1 stick at a time and still get the problems.

Asus P4C800-E deluxe

Retail P4 3.2GHz 800FSB

Hercules Radeon 9800pro

Corsair XMS4000pro 1 gig (2x512mb)

Thanks for any reply's

No

Have you checked the power supply voltages? Especially the 3.3 volts?

Also in the bios set the memory voltage up to 2.8 volts.

How do I check the power supply voltages? Thanks I'll try the ram at 2.8
volts. The power supply is an Antec TrueBlue 480W PSU BTW.

What are the BSOD codes you are getting? such as
0x000000xx,(00000000,00000000,00000000,00000000)

So what should I be looking for that is not normal....or otherwise? What
should a good Antec TrueBlue480W look like in the bios?

Thanks for your help so far.

Grrr 1600 quid on this upgrade and change over to Intel, I feel like
throwing it all in the skip, last 2 home built comps were AMD, perfect
reliability...maybe, but hindsight's a great thing :((

My memory problems with my PC3700 memory were running it too slow, not too
fast. Perhaps you should try speeding it up instead?
