ever since I downloaded xp pro, my entire system is very
slow, and often freezes up,,,any suggestions would be
great
 
Downloaded XP?

Sounds like you have an older computer - It will run slower than your
original OS especially if you have less than 256Mb RAM and/or less than
20Gb/72000RPM hard drive.
