Slow

On one of three computers, I have a very slow Word, Excel, and Windows
Explorer. Each open a document or window easily the first time but not after
that. I checked the regisitry for the location of My Documents. I had moved
it to E:
Interestingly, the following paths from the registry do not exist. I
wondered if I needed to correct or eliminate them and if it is safe to do so:

C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\My Documents

C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\My Documents\FaxAddressbook.ba2

C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\My Documents
