Slow

Hello,

I have a rather vague issue, I have a workstation that is a Compaq P3, with
128MB of memory, (it only uses about 116MB when running with no programs up)
just after boot up or when it looks like it's loading the user account
(which is local there are no roaming profiles) it hangs for quite awhile.
Just kicking a ball around any thoughts?

look at that I'm confident I'll be able to isolate the issue.
