Slow XP pro

Recently today my computer with win XP pro has become
very slow there are also some new processes running that
i feel may be causing this in the task manager.

W32MKDE.EXE
UMSD.EXE
Wgengmon.exe
wingate.exe

Any help or info would be greatly apreciated.

delete all the tasks from the process manager with END PROCESS TREE command
and uninstall alll the unneccessary application from your computer.
