slow websites

i almost fall asleep getting certain websites to show,
very slow. almost regret getting rid of my windows 98,
10 year old computer ,can someone help me .bill gates is
happy ,dosnt seem to care about this !

"certain websites"?
That suggests a problem at the website or at least something at their
end.
If it was the computer, that issue would be the same for almost all
the websites if not all.
