slow URL access in Internet Explorer address bar

Recently Internet Explorer takes 30 -45 seconds to bring up a URL typed in
the address bar. If I do a search in Google for same site, the page is
brought up immediately when selected from search results. Also URL's stored
in favorites open immediately. This has happened on 2 PC's I use frequently
on home network but does not happen on other PC's on network. I run Adaware
and Spybot every two weeks and McAfee AV weekly.
 
start->run->cmd <Hit enter>
in the command prompt type
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS <Hit enter>
IPCONFIG /REGISTERDNS and hit enter
after try accessing page

Also check delete the host file
under c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\
then restart the computer and check
