Slow start-up and prog. starts

hi all,hope your puters are running with no problems.
I have a question, startup on windows and after windows is running seems
slooooooow. I have a zv60000 with a AMD64,3200 and 1 gig of ram. any
sugestions to get this thing moving? I've run norton utilities,microsoft one
stop,i think, (bata) or is it just the way it is with all these bloated
programs? TIA

Start by clearing the startup axis and disabling unneeded programs.
