Slow Start Up And Audio Distortion

I dont know what I have done but the last five days the system is painfully
slow to boot up and load and i have a sound problem where as the sound are
jumping and crackiling....please help as im going mad...oh yeah and system
restore wont work on any of the dates I have tried.

hi did u ever manage to fix yr problem,cos i have the same thing and i just
cant fix it and im going mad.ive downloaded and tried so many spyware
killers.they detect and kill various spyware but it still doent fix the
problem.please help.thanks
